The module is TV tested according to DIN V 19250 for RC 1...7,
according to IEC 61508 for SIL 4 and EN 954-1 for Cat 4.
The blocking element guarantees that there never will be 1-signal at both
the direct and the inverted output at the same time. To ensure this also within
a logic, the direct signal must be taken only from the output of the blokking
element:
When controlling and resetting the input, the 1-signals at the direct and the
inverted output do not overlap.
